Rhea has worked as a freelance producer, director, writer and

video editor for the past 19 years. Her first documentary feature was chosen in 1992 to air on the POV/PBS series for independent filmmakers. Since then she has worked for many national news networks and television series. Most recently she was Series Producer for Sundance Festival Dailies 07 and Series Producer Director for the syndicated reality show HomeTeam, starring Troy McClain.

Doug Monroe: Director of Photography

Doug has been a Director of Photography for over 25 years. He has shot for ABC’s 20/20, CBS 60 Minutes, National Geographic Television, Discovery Channel Sundance Channel, Showtime, HBO, Comedy Channel, MTV and more than he wants to remember. Doug was director of photography for KUED’s five part series “We Shall Remain,” “The RED ROCK RONDO,” “Why The Cowboy Sings”, which earned a Rocky Mountain Emmy in 2002 among other festival awards. He lives with his wife Rhea Gavry in Pleasant View, Utah with their Basenji Chi Che de Mombasa.

Heather’s clients include Discovery Channel, National Geographic Television, Sundance Channel, MTV, ABC News and other networks when she isn’t fishing in Mexico and working on “Citizen Rocky.” Past series and shows include HomeTeam, Festival Dailies, MTV at Sundance and many more. Heather lives in Grand Junction, Colorado where she shoots news for KREX TV and lives with her cat, Sony.
